This is a working text for later legal review. It does not replace advice from a lawyer and does not invent company details.
Data processing consent
Draft revision: 9 October 2026.
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
By sending a form and marking consent, a person confirms the following text. This is a draft for a lawyer.
Operator and subject
I, the person who entered my name in this form, give consent to CodeMastersPRO LLP, Kazakhstan. The operator’s BIN is not published in this text and is provided on request to sagaydack@gmail.com. An invented BIN must not be inserted.
List and purpose
The list for a development request: name, phone and/or email, company name, selected service, task description, an optional file, and a project link if the form sent one. For a course request: name, phone, track (Python, WEB, or a consultation), an optional age, and a comment.
There is one purpose: to contact me about software development or a course and to correspond about this request. There are no other purposes.
Period
Consent lasts until that purpose is met or until I withdraw it, unless the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires the data to be kept longer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Third parties and cross-border transfer
The operator may disclose the data to third parties: staff who answer requests; WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) when a message is sent to +7 777 332 36 76; the Resend service for an email to sagaydack@gmail.com if email is enabled on the server; the host of the site server.
There is a cross-border transfer: WhatsApp and Resend process the message outside Kazakhstan, including in the United States. By this mark I also consent to the cross-border transfer. If the site server is outside Kazakhstan, storing the request files is also a cross-border transfer, so the store must be located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Public sources, withdrawal, and rights
My data from the request is not disseminated in publicly available sources. I do not give that consent.
Consent can be withdrawn by email to sagaydack@gmail.com or by phone at +7 777 332 36 76. Processing stops within 15 business days unless the law requires the data to be kept longer.
I know the rights under Article 24 of the Law: to know that the data is held and to receive information about the purpose, sources, methods, list, and periods; to demand a change or addition where documents confirm the grounds; to demand blocking, destruction, or deletion in the cases the law states.
