This is a working text for later legal review. It does not replace advice from a lawyer and does not invent company details.
Privacy policy
Draft revision: 9 October 2026.
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
This policy describes how the CodeMastersPRO LLP website handles visitor information. The operator is CodeMastersPRO LLP, Kazakhstan. This is a draft for a lawyer.
What the site does
The site presents development services and courses and accepts requests. Personal data is used only to answer a request and to carry on the related correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Data that may be received
A development request: name, phone and/or email, company name, selected service, task description, an optional file (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, or an image up to 8 MB), and a project link if the form sent one with the request.
A course request: name, phone, track (Python, WEB, or a consultation), an optional student age, and a comment.
The IP address is not written into the request file. Hosting may see the IP address and the time of a request in order to limit spam and keep the site available.
Cookies
The site does not connect advertising or analytics counters. Technical cookies, if the hosting platform sets them, are used only to serve pages.
Storage and disclosure
A request is written to files on the site server: the text in data/leads and an attachment in data/uploads. The law requires the personal-data store to be located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This draft does not name the country of the rented server until the company confirms it separately. The server that holds these files must be placed in Kazakhstan.
Staff who answer requests can see the data. If email is not configured or the message does not go out, the site opens WhatsApp to +7 777 332 36 76 and fills in the request text. The message is sent after the person presses Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) processes it outside Kazakhstan, including in the United States.
If email is enabled on the server, the request text goes through Resend (United States) to sagaydack@gmail.com. Request data is not published in publicly available sources.
Rights and where to write
Send a request for access, correction, blocking, deletion, or withdrawal of consent to sagaydack@gmail.com or by phone at +7 777 332 36 76. The rights are described on the personal data page. The BIN, legal address, and bank details are not stated in this text and are not invented.
